C.R.A.S.H. is a comprehensive 4-hour seminar designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to respond effectively to active shooter incidents, workplace violence, bomb threats, fires, and other emergencies. Tailored for unarmed public servants, government agencies, and professionals who regularly interact with the public, this course empowers participants to make life-saving decisions in high-stress situations.

For single-agency seminars, the course includes an initial consultation with human resources to align support systems and provide employees with the right tools to seek help. Additionally, CBLTAC offers ongoing support through stress resource links and continued guidance post-training.
C.R.A.S.H. bridges the gap left by traditional active shooter training, focusing on empowering those at the scene who may have to act before emergency responders arrive.
