V.I.P.A.R. – Violent Incident Preparation and Response
Stay aware. Stay prepared. Stay safe.
V.I.P.A.R. is a dynamic and engaging 4-hour seminar that empowers attendees with the knowledge and skills to stay safe at home, at work, and in public. This interactive training covers essential topics such as violence awareness, physiology, combatives, psychology, and tactical response—providing participants with practical strategies to navigate real-world threats confidently.
The first half of the seminar offers an interactive exploration of safety and threat response, involving every participant in engaging, hands-on learning experiences. Through a unique, non-intimidating approach, serious topics are presented in a way that is informative, empowering, and even enjoyable.
The second half shifts to action with F.A.S.T. (Flinch, Assess, Strike, Tactical Withdraw), a proven technique designed to help individuals react instinctively to life-threatening situations. Participants will learn how to effectively block, assess threats, and respond during knife, gun, or blunt object attacks—always with the goal of getting to safety.
Attendees will leave with critical life-saving skills and a deeper understanding of how to handle the aftermath of violent encounters. Whether you're a beginner or experienced in personal protection, this seminar offers valuable takeaways for everyone.
V.I.P.A.R. is an excellent complement to courses such as Fundamental Body Language, Impulse Control, and Combating Stress.
